Improve Ventilation

Keep the bathroom well-ventilated to reduce humidity, which mold thrives on. Run the exhaust fan during and for at least 15-20 minutes after every shower or bath. If there's no fan, open a window slightly. Ensure the exhaust fan is clean and vents properly to the outside, not just into the attic.
