Search the coop and run thoroughly for hidden clutches of eggs.

Explanation

Sometimes ducks don't lay in designated nest boxes and will hide their eggs elsewhere (under bushes, in corners). If you aren't finding eggs, they might be laying somewhere you haven't looked.
