Tips

• Alexa: Settings > Alexa Privacy > Manage Your Alexa Data — set recordings to auto-delete after 3 or 18 months
• Google: My Activity > Voice & Audio Activity — set auto-delete to 3 or 18 months
• Use the hardware mute button when you want guaranteed privacy (board meetings, sensitive conversations)
• Both platforms let you review and delete individual recordings at any time
