Description

Teach your pet a specific command like 'Off' or 'Down' and consistently enforce the furniture rule.

Recipe/Instructions

1. When your pet jumps on the furniture, use a firm but calm voice to say 'Off'.
2. Gently guide or lure them off the furniture (using a treat or toy if needed).
3. As soon as all four paws are on the floor, praise them and give them the treat or toy.
4. Be consistent. Everyone in the household must enforce the rule every time.
5. Never allow the pet on the furniture, even for 'special occasions', as this confuses them.
