What Makes It Special:
Banh Mi is a delicious example of French-Vietnamese fusion. It takes the French baguette and transforms it with distinctly Vietnamese flavors and textures. The combination of a crispy yet airy bun, savory proteins, rich pâté/mayo, tangy pickles, fresh herbs, and a kick of chili creates an explosion of taste in every bite. It's affordable, portable, and incredibly versatile.
