Get a DUPR rating to track your skill level

DUPR (Dynamic Universal Pickleball Rating) is the most widely used pickleball rating system globally. It uses a scale from 2.000 (beginner) to 8.000 (professional) and updates automatically with each recorded match.

How DUPR Works

• Uses a modified Elo algorithm analyzing match results, scores, match type, and recency
• Evaluates your last 30 singles or 60 doubles matches
• Provides a reliability score (0–100%) based on matches played
• Since July 2025, it measures performance versus expectation rather than simple win-loss

How to Get Rated

• Create a free account at dupr.com
• Play in DUPR-tracked events or use the MyDUPRCoach app
• Get rated remotely by a certified DUPR Coach

Skill Level Reference

• 2.0–2.5: Beginner, learning fundamentals
• 3.0–3.5: Intermediate, developing strategy
• 4.0–4.5: Advanced, strong soft and hard game
• 5.0+: Expert/professional level

Tips

• DUPR is required for most tournament registration and proper seeding
• UTPR is a separate USA Pickleball rating used only for sanctioned tournaments
