Use a Rubber Eraser for Residue
3
Description
A simple pencil eraser can sometimes effectively 'rub' away sticky adhesive residue from hard surfaces after the label itself is removed.
Recipe/Instructions
- Peel off as much of the sticker/label as possible using any method (heat, soaking, fingers).
- Take a clean rubber eraser (a standard pink or white one often works).
- Rub the eraser firmly over the sticky residue.
- The adhesive should start to ball up and lift off the surface.
- Continue rubbing until the residue is gone.
- Wipe the surface clean.
What makes the Dish Special
N/A - A surprisingly effective, low-cost, and non-chemical method for tackling residue on suitable surfaces.
