Use a Rubber Eraser for Residue

3

Description

A simple pencil eraser can sometimes effectively 'rub' away sticky adhesive residue from hard surfaces after the label itself is removed.

Recipe/Instructions

  1. Peel off as much of the sticker/label as possible using any method (heat, soaking, fingers).
  2. Take a clean rubber eraser (a standard pink or white one often works).
  3. Rub the eraser firmly over the sticky residue.
  4. The adhesive should start to ball up and lift off the surface.
  5. Continue rubbing until the residue is gone.
  6. Wipe the surface clean.
