Steps

1. Lay the necklace flat on a clean surface.
2. Apply a small drop of baby oil or olive oil directly onto the knot using a cotton swab.
3. Let the oil soak in for 1-2 minutes so it penetrates between the links.
4. Insert two needles or pins into the center of the knot and gently work them apart.
5. Once untangled, clean the chain with mild soap and warm water, then dry with a soft cloth.
