Address Angel Wing deformity
4
Solution
Recognize and address 'Angel Wing' (wing tips sticking out) in growing goslings, usually by correcting diet.
Explanation
Angel Wing is often linked to overly rapid growth caused by excessive protein or calories. It causes the last joint of the wing to twist outwards. Early detection allows correction by temporarily binding the wing and adjusting the diet (reducing protein, increasing greens/forage).
Notes
Primarily affects young, growing birds. Usually irreversible in adults.
