Explore AI tools together as a family

Sit with your child and try AI tools together. Ask ChatGPT or Claude a question your child is curious about, then discuss the answer: Was it accurate? How could we verify it? What did the AI get wrong? Frame AI as a tool like a calculator — useful but not a replacement for thinking.

Tips

• Ask the AI something you both know the answer to and evaluate the response together
