Wipe with Damp Cloth (Hard Surfaces Only)

3

Description

After removing larger pieces, a damp cloth can help collect fine glass dust on smooth, hard surfaces.

Recipe/Instructions

  1. Follow steps 1 & 2 above (Gloves, Large Pieces).
  2. Dampen several layers of thick paper towels or a disposable cloth (do not use a reusable sponge or cloth you intend to keep).
  3. Gently wipe the affected hard surface (e.g., tile, linoleum, countertop). The dampness helps trap tiny slivers.
  4. Fold the towel inward frequently to expose a clean surface and trap glass inside.
  5. Carefully dispose of the paper towels with the other glass fragments.
  6. Follow up with sweeping and vacuuming for maximum safety.
